1、 财富与幸福感西方发达国家很早开始幸福感研究,现代意义上的幸福感研究以WannerWilson(1967)撰写的《自称幸福的相关因素》为标志。中国人于2006年才开始把GDP与“幸福指数”结合起来,强调主观幸福感,将幸福感纳入社会发展的考核指标体系中。“幸福度”出现在***的一些报告中。研究表明不是收入越高越幸福。总体上说国民经济总产值与幸福感正相关,人均收入越多,人们越幸福。但是当人均总产值超过8000美元的时候,幸福感受与经济的相关就不明显存在了。根据著名心理学家赛利格曼的观点,财富只是缺少时才对幸福有较大影响,可当财富增加到一定水平后,财富与幸福的相关就小多了。即便是在福布斯排行榜中前100名,身价在1.25亿的富翁,也只是比中等收入的人稍微幸福一点而已。根据北京的调查,家庭收入4000元以下时,幸福感随着收入增加而增长,4000元至7000元收入的家庭幸福感最高且较为稳定,但收入超过7000元时,收入与幸福感的关系变得复杂,当家庭收入超过15000元,并处于15000元到30000元时,幸福感急剧下降,与1500元的家庭一样。1.WealthandthefeelingofhappinessWesterndevelopedcountriesstartedtoresearchthefeelingofhappinessveryearly,thesymbolofhappinessfeelingresearchinmodernsenseis“relationalfactorsofself-styledhappiness”whichwaswrittenbyWannerWilsonin1967.Chinesedidn’tintegrateGDPwith“happinessexponent”until2006,thesubjectivehappinessfeelingareemphasizedandarebroughtintothechecksystemofsocietydevelopment.Thewordof“degreeofhappiness”appearsinsomegovernmentreports.Theresearchshowsitisnotalwaysthecasethatmorewealthmorehappiness.Asawhole,GDPispositiveinterrelatedwiththefeelingofhappiness,morewealthmorehappiness.ButwhenpercapitaGDPisover8000US$,thecorrelationbeeenhappinessfeelingandeconomyisnotsoobvious.AccordingtoSeligman,afamouspsychologist,onlywhenthereisalackofwealth,ithassuperioreffecttohappiness,thecorrelationbeeenwealthandhappinessbeesmuchlesserwhenwealthreachessomelevel.Eventhosetop100inFoxwealthlist,themoneybagswhoown125millionUS$feelalittlehappierthanthosemiddle-inepeople.ThesurveyinBeijingindicates:Whenfamilyineisunder4000RMB,moreinemorehappinessfeeling;Forfamilieswhoseinearebeeen4000and7000RMB,theirhappinessfeelingarehighestandmorestable;Butthecorrelationbeeenineandhappinessfeelingbeeplicatedwhentheirineareover7000RMB;Furthermore,whenfamilyineareover15000RMB,andeintothelevelfrom15000to30000RMB,theirhappinessfeelingplummettothesamelevelasfamilieswhoseineisonly1500RMB.2幸福才是真成功一个发人深省的故事:一位哈佛大学毕业的经济学博士来到墨西哥海岸度假。遇上一位渔民拎着几条大鱼从一条小渔船上下来,看到这位博士,渔民便热情地邀请他到家中做客。用鲜美的鱼来招待他,博士非常感动,就和渔民拉起了家常。他关切地询问起渔民平常的日子是怎么过的,渔民说,他的生活很简单,每天的任务就是去海边捕几条足够全家享用的鱼,然后带回家交给妻子,其余时间就是和家人在一起,或和几个朋友聚在一起喝点小酒打打小牌什么的。博士觉得这种生活很单调也很辛苦,他决定利用自己在所学的经济学知识帮助这位渔民。让他出人头地,过上更加精彩富足的生活。渔民听了之后,当然很高兴,就问博士有什么好办法帮助他。博士说“如果我是你,我还可以每天多打一些鱼,除了自己吃的,还可以拿出去卖。钱攒多了再去买一条船,那时你就能捕更多的鱼挣到更多的钱了。”渔民问:“挣那么钱之后呢?”“等到钱挣得足够多了,你还可以组织一个船队去搞远洋捕捞捕鱼,去银行贷款,增加设备,扩大经营规模,自己成立一个鱼罐头加工厂,然后成立一家国际大企业,当上了大老板,到那时,你就要什么有什么了。甚至也可以来哈佛读书”“再往后等你老了,就把企业交给别人管,你就轻松了”博士越说越兴奋。“那时我还能干什么?”“你可以时不时地来海边休假,邀上几个朋友,坐在这凉爽的墨西哥海边,烹上一条鲜鱼,喝点美酒,想做什么就做点什么,那时的你该是多么幸福啊!”“可是,我现在不已经是这样了么?”渔民问。博士哑然了。-----是啊,他还能说什么呢?原以为达到了理想的巅峰,可绕了半天却发现,自己只是回到了起点。欧文告诉我们,人类一切努力的目的在于获得幸福。这个故事告诉我们,“幸福”才是最大的“成功”。……2.OnlyhappinessisrealsuccessAthought-provokingstory:Aneconomicdoctor,graduatedfromHarvardUniversity,cametotheMexicoseashoreforvacation.Hemetafishermanwhowentashorewithafewbigfishes.Seeingthisdoctor,thefishermaninvitedhimfervidlytovisithishomeandfetedhimdeliciousfish.Thedoctorwasaffectedandchattedwiththefisherman.Heshowedhisconcernedathowthefisherman’sdailylifewas.Thefishermantoldhim,hislifewassosimplethatheonlywasrequiredtocatchenoughfishesforhiswholefamilieseverydayandbroughthometohiswife,andhespenttherestoftimewithhisfamilies,ordrankandplayedcardswithhisfriends.Thedoctorthoughtthiskindoflifewasnotonlyboringbutalsohard,hedecidedtohelpthefishermanwiththeeconomicknowledgehelearntandmadehimstoodoutwithmorewonderfulandabundantlife.Thefishermanwassogladtoaskthedoctorifhehadanygoodidea.Thedoctorsaid,“IfIwereyou,Iwouldcatchmorefishes,sothatIcouldsellsomeexceptwhatIneeded.Whenyouhaveenoughmoney,youcanbuyanotherboatformorefishesandmoremoney.”“Then?”thefishermanasked.“Thenyouhaveenoughmoneytoanizeafleetfordeepseafishing.Youcanloanfrombanktoaddequipmentandenlargebusinessandevenyouwillhaveyourownfishcannery.Thenyoucanbeabossofaninternationalenterpriseandhavewhateveryouwant,evenbeeastudentofHarvardUniversity.”Thedoctorwasmoreandmoreexcited,“Youcanhandyourenterpriseovertootherswhenyouaregettingolder,thenyouareeasy.”“ThenwhatcanIdo?”“Youcanetotheseashoretospendyourvacationfromtimetotime,invitesomefriendstogatherbythecoolMexicoseaforfish-cookinganddrinking,anddowhateveryouwant,thenhowhappyyouareatthattime.”Thefishermanasked,“Butdon’tIhavesuchalife?”……Whatanymorecanthedoctorsay?Heoriginallythoughtitreachedthedreamboat,buthefoundthathewentbacktotheoriginalpointafteralargeround.Owentoldus,humankindstrivedallforhappiness.Thisstorytoldus,happinessisrealhappiness.让我们相会在“天使的百合”处让我们回到开篇的寓言。这则寓言一直流传于世,成为一则阐释幸福、隐喻人生的经典哲理故事,告诫所有想在事业上取得成功,想让自己生活快乐的人,都应该在“天使的百合”处停下。无论做什么事,都不能做得过火,不能超出极限,不能逾越“天使的百合”的界限,因为天使总是将她们手中最辉煌、纯美的百合种植在贪婪与浪费之间、自尊自大与自暴自弃之间、懒惰与过度操劳之间、清醒与昏睡之间、贫穷与富裕之间、懦弱与莽撞之间、憎恶与崇拜之间、愚蠢与疯狂之间、巨人与侏儒之间……拿破仑说过:我一生中真正感到幸福的时间加起来还不到1小时。明白了“幸福才是成功”的道理后,我们比拿破仑还要成功,应当不是什么难事。让我们相会在“天使的百合”处,并祝福所有的亲朋挚友在“天使的百合”处停下!Let’smeetatthe“angel’slily”Let’sgobacktothefablementionedatbeginning.Thisfablespreadovertheworldallthetime,andbecameaclassicalphilosophyfablewhichexpatiatehappinessandparetolife.Itwarnsthose,whowanttosucceedincareerandhaveahappylife,muststopatthe“angel’slily”.Whateveryouwanttodo,youshouldn’tbeoverreachandbeyondthelimit,don’to HowtomakeSuccessDifferentpeoplehavedifferentviewsonsuccess.Someholdthatmakingagreatdealofmoneymeanssuccess.Othersarguethatholdinganimportantpostinthegovernmentmeanssuccess.Stillothersbelievethathavingahighacademictitleatafamousuniversityoraresearchinstitutemeanssuccess.Inmyopinion,successmeansbrilliantachievementinourwork.Inotherwords,nomatterwhatwedo,makingoutstandingcontributionstothedevelopmentofourcountryandbringinghelpandhappinesstoothersissuccess.Toachievesuccess,weshould,firstofall,haveaclearlong-termgoalinourlife.Besides,weshouldhaveshorttermgoalsindifferentperiodsoflife.Asweknow,itistheseshorttermgoalsthatmakeourlong-termgoalpossible.Second,weshouldbebothperseverantandhardworking.Whateverwedo,therearealwaysopossibilities:successandfailure.Weshouldneverloseheartwhenweeacrossdifficultiesorwhenweareconfrontedwithfailure.Instead,weshouldlearnfromourexperience,buildupourconfidenceandworkevenharderand***artertowardsourpurpose.Third,weshouldfollowtheexamplesofthosewhoaresuccessfulandlearnfromthem.Finally,weshouldtrytogetalongwellwithourclas***atesandcolleagues.Weshouldcareforeachotherandhelpeachotherinourstudy,ourworkandourlife,becauseteamworkisofgreatimportanceintherealizationofourdream.Ifwecanfollowtheseprinciples,wewillcertainlyachieveremarkablesuccessinourlife.
